Andhra Pradesh MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been facing the heat from the government of Andhra Pradesh and is arrested by the CID cops on Saturday. After the AP High Court and CID court rejected his bail petition, he approached the Supreme Court about his bail petition and the case came for hearing in the Supreme Court today. In a rude shock to the government of Andhra Pradesh, the Supreme Court asked Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju to be treated in the Army Hospital, Secunderabad. Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been arrested for his hate speeches against AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been tortured in the police custody and the pictures went viral.

A division bench that had Justice Vineet Saran and Justice BR Gavai passed the order today through after a live petition was filed by Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju. The Supreme Court said that Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju should be sent to Army Hospital for medical examination and the same should be treated as judicial custody. The High Court of Telangana will nominate a judicial officer who will be with Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju during the examination. The Supreme Court asked the AP Chief Secretary along with the Registrar General of the Telangana High Court to carry the orders. The medical examination of Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju will be video graphed and the medical reports will be conducted to the Supreme Court in a sealed cover.

The further hearing is scheduled to May 21st. Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been asked to be taken to the Army Hospital today and the treatment expenses will be borne by Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju.
