The Bombay High Court has permitted Salman Khan to go Dubai for a show, which is scheduled on May 29. The Bollywood Superstar has appealed the court last week to allow him to go abroad for the Indo-Arab Bollywood Awards in Dubai.

The vacation judge, Justice Shalini Phansalkar Joshi, allowed him as per the conditions prescribed in his bail after a trial court pronounced his conviction in 2002 hit-and-run case. The star will be out of the country from  May 27 to 30.

"Since the applicant is ready to abide by the conditions, his application deserves to be allowed," Justice Phansalkar-Joshi said in the order. The Dabangg star has to produce all the travel details, including his lodging arrangements, he will also have to inform the Indian embassy in Dubai about his arrival and departure.

A sessions court in Mumbai has given its verdict confirming the charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder in his 2002 hit-and-run case. However, he was granted bail after two days of conviction judgement.
