Atlanta NRI-TDP organized a MEET & GREET with Paritala Sunita

Paritala Ravi well wishers and NRI-TDP patrons of Atlanta have organized a meet and greet with Raptadu MLA , Smt. Paritala Sunita and Paritala Sree Ram(S/o of Late M.L.A and minister Paritala Ravi) . The program was cordially kicked off with "Jyothi Prajwalana " near Paritala's photo by Smt. Sunitha.

A video presentation of Paritala's family history starting from Paritala Sree Ramulu, father of Paritala Ravi and an active communist during his times. It showed the various service activities done by Paritala Ravi Memorial trust in Anantapur and surrounding areas. Many people got nostalgic watching the clippings of Paritala Ravi and his family.

Mr. Suresh Peddi, President of TAMA(Telugu Association of Metro Atlanta)-2012, gave an introductory speech about Paritala Ravi , his dynamic leadership and service activities done under his surveillance. Mr.Mallik Medarametla , introduced Smt. Paritala Sunita to the audience and explained how Sunita got into politics and chose to stay amongst the people and continued the fight of Paritala for the poor against the feudals. Smt. Jhansi Musunuru, joined Smt. Paritala Sunita on the dias.

Paritala Sunita, the MLA from Raptadu thanked the entire team of Atlanta that have come forward to support this event . She mentioned that she felt at home amidst the Atlanta hospitality. Crowds cheered for her when she spoke about how valiantly , her husband fought for justice to the weaker sections. She gave a call to the NRI's to stay united and fight against corruption and anti-establishment forces. She was later felicitated with a momento and shawl by the NRI-TDP from Atlanta by Madhu Tata.

Mr. Tarun Kakani( Youth and Sports Secretary, TAMA-2012) then introduced Paritala Sreeram to the audience and explained the need for youth to come into today's politics. He mentioned that he along with his team would stand as support to young and aspiring leaders who are willing to serve the country selflessly.
