High-Speed Rail agreement between Malaysia and Singapore to be signed soon!

Malaysia and Singapore are gearing up to sign an agreement on the High-Speed Rail (HSR) by the end of the year, Malaysia's Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Abdul Rahman Dahlan announced.
The agreement is most likely around December 21. The minister said in a statement that, "Both sides are now taking the necessary follow-up action to comply with their respective internal procedures and legal requirements for the signing of this agreement."
Singapore's Ministry of Transport (MOT) said while responding a question that, "There has been excellent progress on negotiations for the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail Bilateral Agreement."
It added that both nations are finalizing the text of the agreement and "look forward to its signing at the coming Leaders’ Retreat soon.”
