In a miserable joke a man from Queensland, Australia influenced a tattoo artist to draw a 40cm penis on his friend's back without his knowledge. The tattoo artist was jailed in 2011 and the man
was sentenced to 12 months in jail on Friday.

Christopher Michael Lord convinced his friend, who is disabled, to get a tattoo of ying and yang.

The tattoo artist, Matthew Francis Brady drew the graphic image of a penis along with an obscene message. Brady was sent to jail in 2011 for the crime.

Lord had pleaded guilty of causing assault occasioning bodily harm before the Ipswich district court. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison for the crime he instigated three years ago.

Judge Greg Koppenol, who heard and sentenced Lord considered the crime to be scornful in his assessment. He said that Lord's action was miserable, especially since the victim was vulnerable and also suffered from disability.
