Actress Penelope Cruz is in talks to star in film 'Grimsby'. Penelope Cruz will join Sacha Baron Cohen in Sony’s spy comedy.

Louis Leterrier is directing this comedy flick from Sony. Shooting for the film started this summer in the United Kingdom and South Africa.

The story revolvs around a James Bond type (Mark Strong). Mark's character is forced to go into hiding in his hometown, where he teas up with his brother (Baron Cohen). His brother plays the role of an English football hooligan.

Penelope Cruz will portray the role of a philanthropic corporate leader.

The film also features Gabourey Sidibe, Rebel Wilson, Annabelle Wallis and Ian McShane. The filmmakers are keeping character information under wraps.

Baron Cohen, Phil Johnston and Peter Baynham penned the script for this film. Baron Cohen and Nira Park are producing this project.
