Indian Idol Season 11 Stars

The Association of Los Angeles Physicians of Indian Origin (ALAPIO) presents its first live charity show streamed worldwide on October 17th at 6pm (Pacific Time). Join us and support ALAPIO FREE SURGERIES and FREE CLINICS with your ticket purchase!

Indian Idol 2019 Winner Sunny Hindustani and Runners up Ankona Mukherjee will put on an inspiring performance not to be missed.

Sunny Hindustani

With his par excellent singing talent, Sunny Hindustani has been called the ‘rooh’ of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab. From his humble roots as a shoe shiner to becoming one of the most loved contestants of Indian Idol, Sunny’s hard work and talent earned him the winning title of Indian Idol Season 11. Sunny hails from Bathinda Punjab.

Ankona Mukherjee

The sweetness heard in her voice has earned Ankona Mukherjee a wide audience. She was referred to as the ‘Choti Alka’ and became second runner up of Indian Idol Season 11. Ankona is from West Bengal.

ALAPIO (The Association of Los Angeles Physicians of Indian Origin) has been in operation since 2013 and has provided over $2 million in services to patients in need through its Free Surgeries and Free Clinics Programs To date ALAPIO volunteer physicians have performed Free Surgeries to over 300 patients and have seen over 3000 patients through the Free Clinics Program.
