Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer 'Ram-Leela' is set to release on November 15. The film promos show Ranveer flaunting his hot body for the cameras. But how did Ranveer achieve the enviable body that are bound to make women swoon.

According to reports, Ranvir was able to get the required body in sex weeks. The actor had enrolled with UK professional Lloyd Stevens' 12-week programme for drastic transformation. The diet program involved a strictly protein diet and Ranbeer had to eat after every two hours.

Ram-Leela has been produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Eros International.
