Bollywood's newbies are surely having a dream run with filmmakers flocking them with plum roles, ensuring they are never out of work or news.

The latest we hear is that "Cocktail" maker Homi Adajania has gone ahead and roped in two of B-town's most promising actors - Alia Bhatt and Sushant Singh Rajput - for Saif Ali Khan's next production venture, to be made under his banner of Illuminati films. Interesting!

Both the actors have proven with their last ventures that they can exert a box-office pull with aplomb. While Alia was lauded for her performances in “Highway”, “2 States” and “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania”, Sushant Singh pulled off a similar feat with “Kai Po Che” and “Shuddh Desi Romance”, wowing the crowd with their young enthusiasm and appeal.

It would indeed be refreshing to see the uber cool duo light up the screens.

The movie will take off after Alia is done shooting for Vikas Bahl's “Shaandar” with Shahid Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji's next with Ranbir Kapoor. Sushant Singh Rajput, meanwhile, will wind up with Rajkumar Hirani's “P.K”, Dibakar Banerjee's “detective Byomkesh Bakshi” and Shekhar Kapur's “Paani” before starting with Adajania's next.
