Buoyed by the humungous box-office success of "Housefull 2", Sajiad Nadiadwala now can't wait to take the third installment of his "Housefull" franchise to the floors. And with his boys in, we guess that shouldn't take much longer.
That's right! Sajid has roped in the male leads for his new slapstick. The third installment will star the awesome threesome of Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh. This would be for the first time in 12 years that Abhishek and Akshay will star together again. With an interesting cast in place, we are looking forward to Sajid's team of boys tickling our funny bone with their PJs, one-liners and histrionics.
The leading ladies of the film are yet to be finalized. The previous installments starred A-listers like Deepika Padukone and Asin Thottumkal. Although names of Sonakshi Sinha and Parineeti Chopra are being tossed around, we are yet to get a decisive affirmation on the female leads.
“Housefull 3”, touted to be bigger and better than the past two installments, will be co-directed by Farhad-Sajid. Apparently, Sajid Khan, who had directed the past two prequels won't be welding the megaphone this time around, following a spat with actor Akshay Kumar.
