Better late than never! One of Bollywood's much-awaited engagement of Dia Mirza and her businessman beau Sahil Sangha came through on Wednesday.

Later, Dia Mirza too to Twitter to announce the happy news with a snapshot of two from the recently concluded IIFA 2014 at Tampa Bay.

“Officially engaged :) # NYC,” she hashtagged, giving us ample reference that the lovebirds got betrothed in New York City.

The news of their engagement comes after a wad of hiccups. In the past, the couple had to shelve their wedding plans not once, but twice, owing to ailing health of family members.

Dia and Sahil are the co-owners of the production house Born Free Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. that launched itself with the dud "Love Breakups Zindagi". Their next venture is going to be Vidya Balan starrer "Bobby Jasoos".

In the past, Dia was linked up with actor Kunal Kapoor. Sahil and Dia are likely to wed by year-end.
