InsideOut Yoga is located in a lovely studio in the Ravenna/University District neighborhood of Seattle. Class sizes are limited engendering a warm sense of community and allowing for instructor attention to individual students. The style is a custom blend of Kripalu, Anusara, Iyengar, and Sivananda that emphasize the heart opening elements of yoga as well as wisdom and safety in body alignment. Drop-in’s are welcome, but please call ahead to ensure space is available. Yoga studio classes are available for beginners, level I, II, couples, children, and private sessions can be arranged.
