Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter approached Delhi High Court against Youtubers who are spreading fake news about her health. Single bench Justice C Harishankar after the hearing asked Google to takedown misleading content on Aaradhya Bachchan.

The court granted an injunction against the infringers and uploaders. Delhi High Court also summoned Google and Youtube to give details (Such as contact numbers, email IDs etc) of the infringers. This is the first such case in India, where a minor approaches the court to protect her rights as a celebrity child.

Lawyer Ameet Naik said mistreating a child or spreading false news about any child, whether a celebrity child is harmful such as child pornography. Indian Government last year already ordered to take down all the channels that are spreading fake news and with Aaradhya Bachchan's case Google and Youtube might take proper action on the fake spreading channels.
