Early Monday, nearDemchok area of Ladakh, a Chinese soldier was captured and the tension between India and China along the Line of Actual Control Border has increased.

Around 300km south of Pangong Lake, the Chinese soldier was taken in the custody of the Indian Army and Indian agencies are in doubts whether there was an espionage involved.

As per a source “He will be returned to Chinese Army as per established protocol after following due procedure,"

The Indian Army would soon give their statement on this. This tension between India and China is on since May after India detected the Chinese enroached into the Indian Territory.

Since there was severe tension between the two countries,

20 Indian soldiers and an unknown number of Chinese troops were killed.

These tensions remained as they were. Despite many rounds of talks at the military and diplomatic level, there hasn’t been any resolution to this problem ever since.
