A supplementary charge sheet has been filed against the four Jaish- e- Mohammad operatives which included Sajjad Ahmad Khan who is said to be in direct touch with the Pulwama attack that has happened last year.

The others have been charged under terror charges by the National Investigation Agency on Wednesday. The others include Bilal Ahmad Mir, Ishfaq Ahmad Bhat and Meheaj- ud- Din Chopan.

A spokesperson of National Investigation Agency had said that the JeM’s senior commanders which included Mudassir Khan has hatched a criminal conspiracy which had been used to carry out the terror attacks in several different parts of India  which included the Delhi- NCR.

One among the main conspiracies in the Pulwama attack was Mudassir Khan who had been killed in an encounter with the police and the security forces in the Tral area of the district of Pulwama on the 10th of March in the year 2019.

It has been said that Sajjad was directly in touch with Mudassir Khan where as Ishfaq had been involved in the transportation of the arms which helped in strengthening the JeM in Kashmir and has also the operatives of JeM have been harbored, as said by Alok Mittal who is the spokesperson.

The Pulwama attack that has taken place on the 14th of February of the year 2019 has brought the two countries of India and Pakistan to the brink of war. The pulwama attack has been followed by the Indian Air Force destroying a terror camp inside the Pakistan’s Balakot.

Sajjad had been sent by Mudassir to the New Delhi in order to set up a base and carry out attacks in the NCR.

In the first charge sheet that has been filed in the month of September of last year, it has been mentioned by the NIA that Mudassir had been interacting with the other cadres and his handlers in Pakistan through the virtual mobile numbers that are mostly get generated in the United States in order to give shape to the conspiracy for carrying out the fidayeen attacks across the country India.

The Delhi police has arrested Sajjid in the year 2019 in the month of March from Old Delhi and had been handed over to the National Investigation Agency while the others have been arrested in the consecutive months.

Bilal Mir has been arrested in April has said to be using a number which was linked to his WhatsApp account. It had been found out that in one of the chats between Bilal and Mudassir Khan, Bilal had also asked Mudassir Khan if he can carry out the next big attack.

Prior to his arrest from Delhi in the month of March, a reconnaissance has already been conducted by Sajjid in the areas like Civil Lines, BK Dutt Colony, Kashmere Gate, Ghaziabad, Lodhi Estate, Mandi House, Daryaganj, South Block and Central Secretariat.
