Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu is working round the clock for the development of the new state and building a world-class capital Amaravathi. As many as 18 luxurious flats for Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and All India Services (IAS) officers. All these will be built in Amaravathi and is an official statement has been issued. Each of the flat will be built in 3500 sq ft and each flat will have inclusions of club house and parking.
In a meeting of the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA), AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu reviewed the housing project and he went through the plans and the blueprints of the project. The budget of this prestigious project has been increased to Rs 2652 crores from 1991 crores. The information about the flats as per their positions has been released through a official note. Non-gazetted officers have been alloted 22 towers with each flat built in 1200 sq ft. Type 1 Gazetted officers will get 8 towers with 1,800 sq feet flats. Naidu also approved golf course which is extended across 70 acres. Some luxurious villas have been approved for MLAs of the state.
