Man Wanted For sexual assault At Houston Children's Museum!

Houston police have been asking for the public's help to locate a man charged in sexual assault of an 11 years old girl on October 16 at the Children's Museum of Houston.

Joseph Anderson, 40 years old, has been charged with two counts of indecency with a child.

HPD said that the suspect, Anderson, was a friend of the victim's mother. On October 16, was accompanying the girl at the Children's Museum of Houston when reportedly Anderson took her to the second floor where he assaulted her sexually. The child knew Anderson prior to them being at the museum together. Police said that two people witnessed the assault and immediately intimated the museum staffs for help. The victim had been taken to a private room where she reported the sexual assault.

Police stated that the museum authorities took immediate action once the incident was reported to them. Anderson had fled immediately before a search for the facility had been completed. Museum officials had cooperated fully with investigators from the moment they came to know about the incident.

Further investigation led to the positive identification of Anderson as the suspect in this case. On Monday, two warrants had been issued for his arrest. During the course of the investigation, police said that they have determined the additional victims who might have been assaulted sexually by Anderson at different locations.
