Rahul Gandhi, Congress Vice-President, has targeted the functioning style of PM Narendra Modi, saying that, "there were very few people with decision making powers at the Centre and one man decides every single decision."

While fielding questions related to range of issues during an interaction with students of Mount Carmel College, Rahul said, "Narendra Modi believes the country could be run from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and that he alone could transform the country."

"... one man can't have all the answers ... ," Gandhi said, adding dialogue was very important. Rahul Gandhi's interaction was first in the series of outreach to the students across India.

Speaking on "rising intolerance", the Congress vice-president says it "disturbs" him as an Indian. He highlighted that "live and let live" was the biggest strength of India.
Later reporters, Gandhi said the Congress party would raise issues like "rising intolerance", GST and also PM's "silence" on various issues, in Parliament. He added that Government should accept that Congress "sits in Parliament" and has its view.

As an attack on Modi government, Rahul said, PM had not even picked up phone to speak with Congress leader, which Manmohan Singh, his predecessor, used to do.
Commenting on "rising intolerance" in the context of controversial remarks of Aamir Khan, he said "blanket attack" is not a solution. "Shouting at people is very easy" but "much more powerful" thing would be listen to someone."... let us have conversation."

"I don't like what is happening on intolerance. It disturbs me as an Indian," Gandhi said.
