Aam Admi Party which is struggling with its own problems in the organisation to give dictatorial powers to its leader Aravind Kejriwal, was not able to rule the Delhi state, instead raising constitutional crisis by being at logger head with the L G. Kejriwal and his team are up in arms to create much noise rather than govern. Before coming to power itself, the party is aware that the Delhi assembly does not have any power as of other states.

To hide the failures of the government which is having an overwhelming majority is hiding from reality and fooling the people of Delhi. The limitations of Delhi assembly, due to it being a Capital state was being ruled by different government all these years without any hue and cry. AAP, from the beginning was clever at playing shoot and scoot. The masters of shoot and scoot are happy that they are able to pass on the blame of failure to the constitution.

The AAP is set to hold an 'open' Cabinet meeting at a public event to mark 100 days of coming into power, and spell out their legislative intent.A resolution rejecting the Home Ministry's latest notification giving the Lieutenant Governor absolute power over the appointment of bureaucrats.
