BJP and AAP to do extra work in Delhi as HT survey predicts HungTop Stories

A Hindustan Times-C fore survey predicts a tough fight between the BJP and AAP in the Delhi elections. The survey, conducted between January 10 and 19 and then revisited after BJP announcing Kiran Bedi as CM candidate, projects 31-36 seats for both BJP and AAP, with the Congress seen sliding to between 2 and 7 seats.

The survey also revealed that people in Delhi want to have 49days CM Arvind Kejriwal as 43% people backing him, followed by Bedi (39%) and Maken (12%).

Pollsters taken feedback or response from 7,147 voters across Delhi, roughly half of them were women, between January 10 and 19, and went back to 3,146 of them between January 24 and 27 to ask about their CM and party choices after the Bedi’s induction and choice.

Before Bedi was named the CM candidate by her party, the survey found that AAP was ahead with 34-39 seats, followed by BJP with 29-34 seats and Congress 2-7.

Many have responded that BJP’s decision to announce Kiran Bedi as the CM candidate is game changing in Delhi politics. The BJP’s plan is being worked out effectively as it is gaining support from the voters gradually.

On February 7th Delhi will face elections and on February 10th results will be declared. PM Narendra Modi and BJP’s top brass scheduling for tireless meetings in poll bound territory. While AAP convener Kejriwal doubled his speed to stand ahead of BJP.
