When the top boss is a tech freak, how could the rest of the party be any different?

Toeing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's line, the ruling party of BJP is now planning to buttress their chances on the upcoming local body elections by launching an exclusive multimedia messaging service on the lines of WhatsApp.

“We are developing a multimedia messaging service on the lines of WhatsApp to be called Bhajapa Samvad Setu,” a senior office bearer of the BJP’s state level information technology cell revealed.

The party had used WhatsApp during the last Lok Sabha and assembly polls. However, a large number of messages appearing on it went unnoticed or ignored as many a time, the youth avoided looking at them.

“We want a large number of youth to see our messages and therefore we have decided to develop our own messaging service,” he said.

Currently, the service is at the testing stage. If things work out well, then this multimedia messaging service will be launched prior to the local body elections. The messaging service would contain bulk informative messages for the common people.

This platform would enable users, both BJP party members as well as the citizenry, to exchange text, audio-video and photos.

If it works out, this would mark as a big leap for BJP.
