Akkineni’s handsome young lad Akhil Akkineni received a huge shock with his debut movie Akhil. After the movie ended up as a massive debacle, the actor has been quite careful about his second film. After rejecting several scripts, he signed his second movie in the direction of Vikram Kumar who directed Manam and 24 in the past. The movie will start its shooting proceedings from November this year and it will release during the second half of 2017.

As per the latest update, Boyapati Sreenu narrated a script to Akhil which impressed him big time. The movie will start rolling next year and it will be a science fiction. Boyapati will work on the final draft and he will take his time to wrap it up and he will narrate it to Akhil once again. Boyapati is currently directing Bellamkonda Sreenivas and the movie will release next year. More details soon.
