Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) rolled out for Android One smartphones!Sci-Tech

The technology giant Google has been reportedly enabling the Android One smartphone users in India to get the latest Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) update. The features shall be available on the Micromax Canvas A1, Spice Dream UNO Mi-498 and Karbonn Sparkle V.

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop can also be available for HTC’s Nexus 9, Motorola’s Nexus 6 and other relevant devices. The successor version of Android 5.0 Lollipop is said to be fixing the problems arose in the previous editions. The new OS update is developed to improve the stability and high speed performance, including the features like multiple SIM cards, Device Protection and high-definition (HD) voice depending upon the devices.

Users can also check the updates by accessing Settings > About Phone > System Updates. The new OS version would ensure the anti-theft feature as the users can access the phones once after signing into their google account. The general connections like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks are made faster and the users can connect quickly.
