Here is another gift from Google, this time for the globetrotters! No matter where you are, now you can find the restaurants and its direction on your mobile without putting in the key location. That's right!

But there is a hitch! To avail this service, Google will troll your Gmail account to find the hotel confirmation.

Here is how the new feature works: Go to Google search app, tap the mic and pitch in your request like “Show me the restaurants around y hotel” or “Give me directions to my hotel.' And voila! There you will have a detailed list a direction of the nearest restaurants around your lodge. Now how cool is that!

Google Maps recently included transit info of over 15,000 cities and towns including public transit route and schedules to help its users look up for real-time updates and quickest mode of transportation.

And if you thought that was all, read this. Google's new app also has a flight search comparison tool. Not just that, it will show you places of interest around your lodge while traveling. Incredible, isn't it?
