When Brock Lesnar vowed to hurt WWE champion John Cena at the SummerSlam, no one expected him to live up to his challenge the way he did on Sunday night in Los Angeles.

Lesnar hit Cena with an F-5 seconds into the match, and that set the stage for a brutal, one-sided beatdown.

Lesnar delivered sixteen German suplexes to Cena during the match.

At one point, it did appear that Cena would eventually make a comeback and win the match. After all, he’s the John Cena. But Lesnar never, for once, let that happen.

After a final F-5 ended the match, fans inside the Staples Center were stunned at Cena's loss.
