On fifth and last day of Adelaide test match, Indian skipper Kohli’s ton and Murali Vijay’s 99 runs not inspired rest of the team.Australia declared it’s innings at 290/5 and given a target of 364 runs.With Vijay and Kohli’s perfomance India looked smart. At one stage india were 242/2 and lost rest 8 wickets only for 73 runs.

Interestingly in last 10 overs only 39 runs, 6wickets, 4 fours and 1 six were taken place. Nathon Lyon turned the game with his bowl. In Indian team Kohli again played captain innings with 141 and Vijay successfully added 99 (one short of ton). And team fall down at 315, 48 short of victory target 364.

Kohli became the only second player to have tons in two innings in debut as Captain.
