It is quite natural to feel warm and comfort if our best beloved friends or members of the family hugs. The scientists are saying that besides emotional soothing health related advantages also there in this phenomenon.

Hugging gives relief and creates our mind to pleasant mood, whenever we physically contact our nearer our body gets rejuvenated; the opposite person can be any one whom we love much like father, mother, friend, sibling, son or daughter.
