Here are some healthy relationship habits that works wonders for your marriage.

Greeting your spouse in the morning

Begin your day with a happy note. Greet your partner with a loving statement: "Good morning, I am so happy to be part of your life". Such a positive statement will make your partner smile and both of you will have a good beginning to a new day.

Playful text

Send playful texts to your partner via mobile. Send texts like: "I love you" or "I miss you" or "Waiting for you to come back home soon". Such text messages renew your feelings for each other and the relationship becomes interesting. However, don't overdo.

Warm hug

Whenever you reunite with your partner give a hug. This could be after the day's work in office, a short office trip, etc. Let the hug last for 20 seconds at least. As in that period the body produces oxytocin, the hormone that bonds is released.

Compliment your partner

Don't take yor partner for granted. Appreciate him/her for the little chores they do. It's better to concentrate on things they do instead of focusing on what they failed to do. Very often, partners feel unappreciated and taken for granted in a relationship or marriage.Complimenting your partner on their appearance is also important, especially when you go out for dinner or to catch a play.

Touch therapy

Touching your partner while eating dinner together is a good habit. You can touch his/her hand or arm, also your legs touching each other will do the trick. Touch therapy plays an important role in strengthening the bond in your relationship.
