We don’t like to continue anything or practice after a saturation time and routine activities. The same formula applies to gym events and activities also. We tend to stop the practice or exercise because of boredom, to beat the boredom we can change the pace or strength upto permissible levels.
Altering the speed and intensity can rev up our metabolism during the aerobic workouts. If you normally walk at 6.5km/h on the treadmill or take 15 minutes to walk a km, up the pace by going at 8km/h for a minute or so during your workout. Do this every five minutes or so. Each time you workout, increase your bouts of speed in small increments.
The same way you can do for twisting with weights, arm sculptor, waving, and pull overs also. Be aware of the risks and negative effects with the over weights and speed in the exercise equipments.
