So what is it that causes you to be vulnerable to ever seasonal change? Well, believe it or not, certain habits could actually weaken your immunity, causing you to fall sick more often than not. The smog around you can do some serious damage to your lung and immunity with the dirty air suppressing T cells and causing the body to inflame. Get an air purifier for your home. While you cannot do much about the impure air outside, you can still breathe easy and healthy indoors.

If you have a desk job and spend a majority of your time glued to the chair, then you are likely to slow down your metabolism, thereby causing immunity to suffer. Every half and hour, get up from your seat and walk for five minutes. This little exercises will flex your muscles and fire up your metabolism, making you healthier from within.

All the makeup you slather don't just sit atop your skin, but gets absorbed by the day. Some make up contain artificial and toxic ingredients like sodium lauryl  that can slip past your internal defenses causing you to fall sick. Go all natural if you can.
