Lavender is not the only herb that boosts your health. There are others like basil, sage, chamomile, Parsley, mint and thyme. Small doses of these mild herbs fortifies your health.
Parsley
Parsley has abundant antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Regular consumption of parsley in small doses helps to regulate blood-cholesterol levels and also prevent constipation.
Thyme
