Anti-aging and SPF creams are not the only way to fight wrinkles. There are other means to fight the signs of aging. From facial yoga to a healthy diet there are many beauty secrets that you can easily adopt in your daily life.

Face foods

Eat food that are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids as these moisturise skin from within. Consume wild salmon for smooth, soft, supple and radiant skin. But make sure you eat two to three servings a week of wild salmon and not the farmed ones.

Another face food is avocado. It contains monounsaturated oil, vitamin E and B complex vitamins, which repair and protect skin from free radicals that damage your skin. Three to four servings of avocados in a week will do wonders for your skin.

Facial yoga

Facial yoga is catching up among women as an important means to delay the onset of wrinkles. It provides support to your face contours, improves deep-set lines and also delays appearance of wrinkles. Trace the edge of your jaw. Then place your fingers on the edge and pull towards the ears gently. This procedure helps to disperses fat from the jaw area.

Use serums

Serums are a great way to keep your skin smooth and supple. They help to fight inflammation and ageing free radicals. Make an antioxidant serum part of your skin care routine. Also drink upto 2 litres of water everyday to hydrate your skin. Use an antioxidant serum along with a hyaluronic serum to maintain skin moisturisation.

Green tea and blueberries

Green tea and blueberries will prevent appearance of signs of aging. Both of them are a rich source of antioxidants that helps to fight wrinkles.

Neck exercise

Your neck gives away your age more than your face. So exercise the neck and keep it firm and toned. Practice this simple exercise at home. Lie down on bed with your head hanging from the edge. Your face should be facing towards the ceiling. Lift your head from the hanging position towards your chest. Repeat the exercise around 10 times everyday.
