Beautiful skin cannot be achieved overnight. It needs years of beauty care that begins in the 20s itself. By the time you hit 30 you should have a daily skin care regimen. For anti-aging solution you need to adopt a wholistic care including healthy diet along with cleansing and moisturising.

Start taking care of your skin in your 20s. Do the basics like cleansing skin twice daily, followed by toning and moisturisation. Exfoliate once a week to get rid of dead cells. Also apply a face pack once in a week for skin nourishment. Most important cut junk food to the minimum and eats lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also keep your body hydrated.

When you reach your 30s, the skin will start showing a few fine lines around the eyes and mouth. But there is no reason to panic, just follow your daily beauty care without fail. Your skin reflects what you ingest. So increase your intake of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food as they do nothing for your skin but add to the calories. An anti-ageing night cream becomes is essential part of your skin care regimen. You may also apply a serum at bedtime to maintain supple skin.

Those in their forties will need to adopt cleanser and daytime moisturisers with anti-ageing solutions, besides the anti-aging cream and serum treatment. By this time the production of collagen and skin elasticity reduces, so you need more of the anti-aging creams and potions.

Aging is a natural process but you can delay it for a long time by adopting an appropriate skin care regimen.
