Some women have beautiful skin throughout the year. But some of us often suffer from some skin problem or the other. Besides getting a good nights sleep and drinking plenty of water, there are other beauty tips that you can follow to get a glowing skin.

Keep your skin free from dirt and grime. Make it a point to cleanse two times every day.

Choose the best cosmeceutical products you can buy as the quality of your beauty products reflect in your skin.

Never go out in the sun without applying a sunscreen, with an appropriate SPF.

Apply an antioxidant to fight free radicals before applying moisturiser or sun block in your skin. This helps to fight inflammation and dehydration that accelerates skin ageing.

Drinking water helps to flush out toxins from your body. So drink at least two litres of water in a day. You can vary this amount depending on the humidity in the air.

Practice some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Yoga, pilates or even brisk walking would help to keep your skin and body healthy.
