Thick, bouncy, shiny, beautiful hair is every woman's dream. Most women go all out to pamper their tresses with products available in the market. These are expensive and may not give the desired results. For healthy hair that bounces and shines you need to consume certain food that contain essential minerals and vitamins needed for your tresses. Here are a few food that you must include in your regular diet.

Fish

Eat fish, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, to get the desired shine into your tresses. Salmon is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12 as well as iron. These components give you shiny hair. Besides omega-3 fatty acids helps to maintain scalp health. Dry scalp and dull hair is an indication of omega-3 fatty acids deficiency.

Carrots and lentils

Carrots are loaded with Vitamin A that aids in sebum formation in your scalp. Sebum is essential for healthy hair as it keeps your scalp and hair moisturised. Lentils are a good source of folic acid and is an essential component for hair growth and cell renewal.

Besides consume food that has Vitamin C as it helps to absorb zinc. Also drink lots of water to hydrate your body and keep your mane healthy and shiny.
