A woman was shocked to found a tumor inside her womb when she had hospitalized in view of labour pains. Doctors have not expected the outcome as her belly bulge resembled that of a nine month pregnancy.

The 42-year-old Madalina Neagu got admitted in Botosani County Hospital in northern Romania following severe pain in her abdomen (alike labour pain). The doctors have performed ultrasound and other diagnosis and they came to know she was carrying a tumor of 5kg inside her uterus.

"As the woman told us she was pregnant, we initially expected pregnancy complications," Dr Dorin Scladan said, "In fact, the size of her belly was quite similar to that of a nine-month pregnant woman, so we didn’t have any reason to doubt what she told us."

Immediately the tumor was removed and taken care of her, and she was expected to get health by the doctors.

The large tumors are very rare that to inside the uterus are most critical cases. We do not have any reports on her monthly or periodical checkups and diagnosis reports. If she had monitored or treated by a professional obstetrician and gynaecology doctor, she would be informed in the early stages.
