Dakota Johnson's father Don is reportedly upset with her role in the film 'Fifty Shades of Grey'. The actress plays the role of  Anna Steele in the EL James' novel by the same name.

The erotic-romance has many intimate scenes between Dakota's character Anna Steele and Christain Grey (played by Jamie Dornan).

Earlier Don had stated he was alright with her role in the erotic movie. But Dakota Johnson's  grandmother said he is quite upset that she is part of the film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Dakota's grandmother Tippi Hedren reportedly said Don is unhappy with the steamy scenes.

Tippi Hedren said Don Johnson is not happy about Dakota being part of the movie. Apparently Don had feeling similar to his mother. Tippi says she has seen the trailer and will not watch anything more.

Previously Don Johnson had said: "This is the family business. I am absolutely certain that Dakota will take a piece of material and a character, which a lot of people might imagine could be inappropriate in some ways, and turn it into something spectacular."

Sam Taylor-Johnson has directed the erotic romance.

'Fifty Shades of Grey' will release on February 13, 2015.
