Black Sails actress Hannah New is all set to star in film 'Under the Bed'. Hannah will feature in the indie thriller from Radar Pictures, Sobe Brook Entertainment and Schizo Pictures.

Daniel Myrick will direct the project, which he has also written. Shawn Papazian, Ted Field and Mike Weber are producing the project.

'Under the Bed' is based on a true life event.

The story of the indie follows a young woman (played by Hannah New). Hannah's character is trying to get over a recent break-up. Meanwhile, an obsessive stalker befriends her on social media, unknown to her, while taking up residence at her home.

The principal photography for the movie will start in early August.

Hannah New played the role of queen and mother to Aurora in film "Maleficent". New is credited for her role as Eleanor Guthrie in Starz’s "Black Sails". She has just wrapped the filming of the Bay-produced show's second season.
