Have you wondered how Sherlock Holmes may look as a 93 years old. Well. Here is the first look of Ian Mckellen as Sherlock Holmes.

Ian Mckellen shared his look as the ageing Sherlock Holmes on Twitter, for the upcoming film.

In this movie Mckellen will play the role of an aging Sherlock Holmes. He will solve a case, which is almost 50 years old, using his inner detective.

Previously the film was titled 'A Slight Trick of the Mind'.

Ian Mckellen's Twitter post read: "Over 70 actors have previously played Sherlock Holmes. Now he's 93 years old and it's my turn. #MrHolmes,"

The story of this film revolves around a long-retired Sherlock Holmes, who is haunted by a fifty years old, unsolved case. The aging Sherlock Holmes can remember only fragments of the case. All he can remember is a confrontation with an angry husband and a secret bond the man shares with his beautiful but unstable wife. Due to age, his legendary mental power is on the wane, and he does not have the support of his old sidekick Watson. The present case is the toughest challenge for Holmes.

Bill Condon will direct the film, which is based on Mitch Cullin's novel on Sherlock Holmes.
