Kim Kardashian refused to be seated besides singer Rita Ora at the MTV VMAs. The socialite reportedly asked producers to find her a different seat at the event held last week, when she realised that her chair was next to the 'I will never let you down' hitmaker.

Kim still blames Rita for the messy split between her brother Rob Kardashian and the singer in 2012.

The American TV actress was not keen on speaking to the 23-year old singer at the California event. Luckily the producers found a seat for Kim next to her half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Rob and Rita had an ugly split two years ago, when the sock designer publicly alleged the pop star of cheating on him with 20 men.

He publicly posted on social media: "She cheated on me with 20 dudes while we were together...But I mean 20?"

After the breakup Rita went on to date Calvin Harris, with whom she split recently after dating him for a year.

Before dating Rita, Rob was in a relationship with Adrienne Bailon for over two years.
