New Year is on its way soon to arrive. We tend to make many resolutions for the New Year and fall off the resolution wagon in just few weeks. One of such resolutions is following good diet. Here are few excuses made by dieters, try not to make these diet excuses.

-Try to stop blaming time and stop making it an excuse. Most people lead fast-paced lifestyles, trying to balance homes, jobs and relationships, but if you are very serious about your losing weight and following diet, it should never be an excuse. You can simply concentrate on eating small meals many times and regular intervals as have nuts and salads as snacks.

-Stop blaming your mood. Your bad mood is never an excuse for eating too much or for not following your diet. No matter how bad your day is, food is not a solution for it. A chocolate bar or ice cream scoops lead to many problems and can make you regret. Divert your mind and avoid it to go towards foods.

-You don’t have to spend huge on expensive diet food. Simply remove all the junk food from your fridge and have a stock of fresh fruits and vegetables.

-Don’t blame your slow metabolism for not following diet. You have to take more care of yourself and see that your body does not store excess calories.
