Ingredients required for fruit payasam recipe

Milk: 1 cup
Sevaiyaan: 100 gm
Orange: 1 (peeled and de-seeded)
Guava: 1 (chopped)
Grapes: ½ cup
Pineapple: 2 slices
Pomegranate: ¼ cup
Gulkand: 1 tbsp
Dry fruits: hand full

Method of preparation of fruit payasam recipe

•    Grind all the fruits in a mixer.
•    Roast Sevaiyaan in a pan and keep aside.
•    Heat milk in a pan.
•    Add Gulkand (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulkand) to the milk. Stir to dissolve.
•    Finally add roasted sevaiyaan and fruit mixture.
•    Stir well and as it comes to boil, switch off the flame.
•    Let it cool. Garnish with dry fruits.
•    Refrigerate and serve chilled.
