Next time your kid ask for something to eat, instead of going for instant soup packets go for a homemade quick and delicious soup with full of nutrition.

Ingredients:
Fresh green peas-1cup
Chopped tomatoes-500 gms
Chopped carrot-2 to 3
Chopped cabbage-1 /2 cup
Cooked toovar (arhar) dal-1cup
Lemon-1
Soy sauce-1tsp
Boiled noodles-1cup
Sugar-1tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Combine the peas, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and dal in pressure cooker.
Cook it till 3 whistles.
Cool slightly and blend it till smooth.
Strain and transfer in a deep pan.
Add lemon juice, sugar and salt to the mixture and mix well.
Add the noodles before serving and serve hot.
