Combining the best of summer season, a mix of ripe mangoes and fresh yogurt, this is one super healthy dessert that is way tastier and healthier than all the store-bought flavored curds. Ingredients
2 Mangoes
400 ml natural Yogurt (sugarless)
600 ml Cold water
1 teaspoon ground Cardamom
2 teaspoons Honey
Instructions
Wash the mangoes and cut the slices into cubes.
In a blender, take the freshly cut mangoes, yogurt, water, cardamom and honey and whirr till smooth.
Transfer in a jar and chill.
Serve over a bed of ice.
