A nice bedroom with private bath is available starting immediately in a semi-furnished (living room only) 2-bed-2-bath luxurious apt community in Tempe (Rural and Baseline). The rent would be $550 with utilities extra. Rental would be on month-to-month basis, but I would highly prefer someone who can stay atleast until end of January 2017. Looking for a male roommate to occupy one room, while occupy the other. My apt is shown (from outside), the apartment community, and also images of the bedroom are uploaded. The bedroom furniture in the images is mine - bedroom will be handed over empty. It is a great location. It is very central to all freeway access (I10, US60, 101) within a couple of miles. Easy access to all groceries like Frys, Walmart within a mile. Chipotle, Subway, Smashburger, CircleK, Chevron, QuikTrip right across the street. Little India is less than a mile away for Indian food/groceries.The orbit bus stop is also right at the rural/baseline intersection - so ASU campus is only about 20 mins bus ride away. I have lived here for over 3 yrs now and no complaints. The management is great and the community is very safe. Mostly families live here, with some younger working professionals. I am a young male professional and eat non-vegetarian food. A working professional with steady income is highly desirable. I would prefer someone who is mature, knows how to respect privacy, and can keep his surroundings clean. My living room is furnished with a dining table, chairs etc; so ideal to just move in even with little furniture. The bedroom would be empty.
