Description

� Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
� Must have experience in negotiating rates and finalizing salaries of W2/C2C with U.S.
� Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
� Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.
� Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
� Review and format resumes of bench candidates, market their resumes and negotiate rates.
� Frequent interaction with bench consultants & identifying their needs and placing them on projects.
� Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder and, social networking sites etc.
� Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
� Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing salary.
� Able to recruit candidates with H1B, OPT and CPT candidates.
