Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal movie is all set to release on the 11th of August worldwide as announced officially. After Rajinikanth’s Jailer film confirmed its release date, there was a strong buzz on social media that ‘Animal’ movie release was postponed. But sources say that Animal is not postponed and will compete with Jailer, where the film has a stunning cast, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Tamannah Bhatia and Ramya Krishnan.

Animal is a solo Bollywood release for earlier independence day weekend (which will have an extended weekend with the Independence Day holiday). The film is directed by Arjun Reddy fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Rashmika Mandanna is the lead actress. Ranbir is going to be projected in a violent avatar. The film is currently in the pre-production phase. Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani are jointly bankrolling this big-budget film.
