It is said that Director Homi Adjania has marked Varun Dhawan and Deepika Padukone in the redo of Fault in Our Stars and now the most recent buzz is the executive has secured Alia Bhatt and Sushant Singh Rajput as the leads in the film.

In the event that if industry sources are to be believed , "The reason Homi secured Alia and Sushant on the grounds that he needed to begin shooting for the film in September 2015,but Deepika and Varun were not free.alia and Sushant has taken time to do Homi's film and they will begin shooting for it from September first week".

Alia has presently completed her shooting of Shaandaar with Shahid Kapoor and allegedly she will now begin chipping away at Rock On 2.
