Deepika Padukone and Varun Dhawan may appear in the Bollywood remake of Hollywood hit film 'The Fault In Our Stars'. The two actors have been reportedly confirmed for the upcoming project.
Homi Adajania will direct the film based on John Green's novel by the same name. Dinesh Vijan and Fox Star studios are producing the film.
Though there has been no official confirmation, but B-Town is abuzz with speculation that Deepika and Varun will play the lead pair in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood blockbuster.
If the rumours turn out to be true then this film will be Deepika's third with Homi Adajania. Earlier Deepika had worked with Adajania in 'Cocktail' and 'Finding Fanny'. And this will be her first film with Varun Dhawan.
The story centres around two young cancer-patients. They meet at a cancer support group and fall in love.
Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort played the lead pair in the Hollywood version of 'The Fault In Our Stars'. The film was a big hit all over the globe.
