The first trailer of 'Khoobsurat' is out and shows Sonam Kapoor in the royal palace. Sonam plays a hopelessly romantic physiotherapist from Delhi, who goes to a royal palace to treat a member of the family in Rajasthan.

'Khoobsurat' is set in Rajasthan, where Sonam Kapoor meets Fawad Khan a handsome Rajput prince, who is already engaged to someone else.

The film's trailer is quite interesting. The lead stars Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan make a great pair.

'Khoobsurat' is a modern romantic comedy based on Hrishikesh Mukerjee's hit film of 1980.

The upcoming movie is as quirky as the original RomCom. Sonam is a vibrant and hopelessly romantic girl, who meets the handsome Rajput prince. Fawad's nature is completely opposite to Sonam.

Sonam plays the role of Dr. Mili Chakravarty - a middle class physiotherapist residing in Delhi. She is sent to Rajasthan to treat a paraplegic Shekhar Rathore, Raja of Sambalgarh. During her stay in the royal household, Mili charms the entire Rathore family. Fawad Khan plays the role of Yuvraj Singh Rathore, who is charmed by Mili's free spirit and funny acts.

Shashanka Ghosh has directed 'Khoobsurat', which also features Kirron Kher, Ratna Pathak Shah and Aamir Raza Husain.

The film will hit theatres on 19 September.
